Starting and running a blog can be one of the most frustrating things to devote your time to. Your written content is great, but there’s just something missing that’s not keeping any visitors you get around! The human brain processes images in as little as 13 milliseconds—less than the blink of an eye. A post with an image is far more enticing to the bounce-happy readers of the Internet than one without, and is more likely to be shared on social media as well. Never fear, that missing piece may just be some great imagery. Just add a couple bright, clear photos to your content and you’re blog will feel a lot more interesting and immersive. Of course, not everyone has the time or equipment to take professional-looking photographs for their blog so I thought I’d include some of the best sites where you can download beautiful, free images to use:
