Get to bed on time and you will be energized, productive, and healthier. Of course you already knew that. Still, most of us choose to ignore it – only 7% of people get eight hours of sleep a night. You might be thinking, “what’s the big deal, it’s only sleep.” Well, truth is, skimping on shuteye can literally kill you. It seems counter-intuitive, but Paradoxical Intention actually works. So does turning the temperature down in the bedroom. Or, you could try tiring yourself out by exercising at some point during the day. Whatever you do, don’t sleep too much. More than nine hours of sleep is bad for us too.
