While this infographic suggests going for corn-fed beef when you want a great steak, I personally find that grass-fed beef is the most tender and juicy -plus, it’s loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids. Aside from that, any great steak you order should be aged and cut to order. As for cut, that tends to be a matter of taste. Some people prefer the marbling of a strip, while other’s prefer the lean, tenderness of a fillet. If you aren’t sure which you or your guests prefer, a porterhouse or T-bone can give you the best of both worlds when it comes to great steaks.
